Ninety-Nine Card Game
NO fingers allowed- Mental Math Only! Rules: Each player is dealt three cards. The remaining cards stay in the middle as a draw pile. One by one, players place one of their cards in the middle of the group in a pile. When they place their card down on the pile, they must say the running total in front of them. Each card has a different value. Ace= +1 or +11 (player's choice) 2= Automatic 99 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9= face value 9= +0 10= -10 Jack, King= +10 Queen= clears pile back to 0 So for example, one player places down an 8 and they wold say "8". the next player places down a Jack and would say "18" because 8+10=18. The next player places down a 5 and would say "23" because "18+5=23". Every time a player places down a card, they have to draw a new card. The value of the pile can not exceed 99. If someone places a 2, or the value of the pile reaches 99, only a few cards could be played (9, 10 or a Queen). Game Variation= use the Joker as a wild card and player could assign any value. greeted
